Sixteen years ago today.......

And for all those friends of mine who read my blog and are looking at those photos and laughing, these are for you:

Also sixteen years ago today.............

Why is when we are young that we think our fashions will never date? We look so cool, so much cooler than our parents ever did. Right up until that point that we become parents and the photos are about as old as the ones that we were looking at.

Congrats on the 16 years.

Happy Anniversary! I love looking at old pictures and laughing at all the out-of-date fashions. I am so embarrassed by many of mine. :-)

Claire - I had such good fun looking at the snaps from our wedding, I couldn't resist the pictures of our friends. Card arrived today, thank you.

Kelloggsville - We were both 23 and looking back we did look young, but we didn't feel it. We'd both been to University and started our first jobs and we bought our first house the week before we got married. It was a magical time!

Craig - It was a great day and looking back at the photos to do this post had me in stitches! Look at your dad's hair!!

It looks like I wasn't too far behind in the bad hair day compo! I'm sure the whole McGinty clan will have all read the piece though :-)
