The truth about having it all .......
Once, when we were shopping for a birthday present for my niece, Hubby and I were horrified to find thongs in a size 6!
I heard about pole dancing classes for young girls, some time ago. It doesn't bear thinking about.I wouldn't be at all surprised if some mothers haven't already bought a bra for their young daughters. I think we live in a very confusing society, for youngsters at the moment. Everyone wants to sell us something and they are constantly trying to extend their market. Some mothers will follow fashion slavishly and allow their daughters to do the same thing, without giving the matter a thought.
I must have missed the pole dancing outfit on my way to the fruit and veg.
I have 2 girls 13 and 15 now. But at 7, why? Stupid parents little girls have a lifetime to be adults and a brief time to be a child. Let them be a child.
It's appalling isn't it? I'd like to think retailers make these errors of judgement only rarely and always try to correct them - but it keeps happening. Who's making these buying decisions?I was sat next to a woman in her twenties on the train yesterday. Her paper of choice was The Sun.What woman in her right mind buys a 'newspaper' which shows topless women on the third page every day?She was LETTING THE SIDE DOWN. That's what I think.
That is awful! I find it harder and harder to find clothes for my daughter (who is 7) that do not make her look like a sex kitten or teeny bopper...it's degrading
